Terms and Conditions for RW Relocation Services LLC

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of  RW Relocation Services LLC. By accessing our website and services, you agree to these terms.

Services
RW Relocation Services LLC provides relocation services, including rental property searches and assistance in San Francisco and the Bay Area.  Any negotiation or parking solutions are not guaranteed.

Fees

We charge a non-refundable $500 retainer fee to begin work on your rental search. This fee covers the initial consultation, needs assessment, rental research, and coordination of showings.

In addition, our placement fee is equal to 50% of one month's rent, payable upon signing a lease for a rental secured through our services.
