How It Works

We’ll start with a consultation call to get to know you, your timeline, preferred neighborhoods, budget, lifestyle needs, and any must-haves like pets or parking. Search, Show & Support

After our call, I’ll get to work curating a selection of rental listings that align with your needs. You’ll receive handpicked options via email, and when something stands out, I’ll arrange and coordinate showings, either in-person or via video. Apply, Lease & Land Your New Home

Once you’ve found the right place, I’ll help you submit a strong, complete application and ensure you have everything ready income docs, credit info, and references. I’ll stay in close contact with the agent, assist with follow-ups, and guide you through lease signing to make sure the process is smooth from start to finish.

We schedule and attend all showings on your behalf, making sure you ask the right questions and get the full picture. Pricing Structure

Transparent and Affordable Pricing

At RW Relocation Services, we believe in providing straightforward and transparent pricing for our relocation services. Our goal is to make your move to San Francisco as seamless as possible while ensuring you get the best value.

Service Fee

A non-refundable engagement fee of $500 is required to begin services. Our placement fee is 70% of one month’s rent for the property you select, and is only due upon signing a lease.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe you should only pay for results. That’s why our placement fee is due only after we’ve successfully secured you a home and signed a lease. No home, no fee, simple as that.
